Privacy Policy

We collect the information you enter into the app, including the details below. You choose what to share, though some features will not work without the information they depend on.

When you create an account we collect an identifier such as your email address or the identifier provided by your chosen sign-in provider, plus basic account settings.

Your goals, activity level, meal schedule and similar preferences used to calculate your calorie and macro targets.

The meals and foods you log, portions, timestamps, calorie and macro estimates, meal plans, swaps and grocery lists.

Height, weight, age, sex and goal weight, where you provide them. These are used to estimate your energy needs and to show progress trends.

If you log food by photo, the image is processed to estimate the food and its nutrition. Photos are associated with your account and used to create and correct your logs.

Information you provide about foods you avoid, allergies, and dietary patterns, used to personalize recommendations and plans. You remain responsible for verifying that recommended foods are safe for you.

We collect app usage events, device and app version information, approximate region, and diagnostic data such as crash reports, to operate, secure and improve Nutrarity.

We receive subscription status, plan, trial status and renewal events. Payment card details are handled by Apple and are not accessible to us.

We use service providers to run Nutrarity. They process data only to provide services to us and under contractual obligations. Categories include the providers described below.

Purchases and renewals of Nutrarity Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase events.

If you sign in through a third-party provider, that provider shares a limited identifier and, where you permit it, your email address.

Your account and app data are stored with cloud infrastructure providers acting as our processors.

Photo recognition, meal recommendations and Ask Nutrarity responses are generated with the help of AI model providers. Relevant content — such as a meal photo, your remaining calories and macros, and your stated preferences — may be sent to those providers to produce a response. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their general-purpose models.

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Some records, such as billing and transaction records, are retained longer where required for legal, accounting or security purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and its associated data from within the app or by emailing support@nutrarity.com. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that through iOS Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@nutrarity.com to exercise these rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Nutrarity is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
