By creating an account or using Nutrarity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use Nutrarity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Nutrarity is a general nutrition and wellness tool intended to support everyday food decisions. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Nutrarity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of disordered eating.

Calorie, macro and portion figures are estimates drawn from food databases, photo analysis and your own inputs. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on where precision matters.

Recommendations, meal plans and answers may be generated with AI and can contain errors. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

You are solely responsible for verifying that any food suggested by Nutrarity is appropriate and safe for you, including with respect to allergies, intolerances, medications and medical conditions.

Nutrarity Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Features available in the free and Pro tiers may change over time.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple's terms apply to the transaction.

The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid term. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancel at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, interference with the service or its security, resale of access, or use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Nutrarity, including its software, design, content and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on nutrition estimates or recommendations.

You may stop using Nutrarity at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required for legal or security reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nutrarity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
